I’m going to try and be fair about this review, did they refinish my tub? Yes, but when they blew my GFI with their equipment I tried to explain to them but they didn’t t want to hear it, okay I accepted this as part of doing buisnesd and repairs. When I noticed a big dark smudge that look like the finish was coming off I called them BC if there was a problem I didn’t want to make matters worse by cleaning and scrubbing. When the tech came to inspect my tub he said it was glue and wanted to charge me $75 dollars to come out for a 5 minute visit. Two Thumbs Up for TubCuT!Matt arrived on time and immediately got to work. The Tub Cut process creates dust and fumes but Matt covered everything with thin plastic and put an exhaust vent out the window. He was able to place the cut exactly where we wanted it. Matt matched the existing tub color perfectly. He also installed a grab bar. He went above our expectations.We were also impressed with Nathaly our advisor who was very responsive, articulate and explained options and made recommendations.If you need your bath tub made safer for a senior or physically challenged person I defintely recommend One Day Bath of Florida (South Florida TubCuT).

I'm sorry, this is not proper customer service, a happy customer will sing your praises high and wide to recommend their services but not with that kind of treatment. I do understand time is money and there is a cost to doing business but their shortsightedness will prevent we from recommending them to anyone. I am extremely grateful I didn't recommend them to my elderly uncle. In whole, yes my tub looks 90% better but their shortsightedness to customer service would make me extremely hesitant to recommend them.
