I ordered my key fob according to the picture on their website site. Almost immediately I received a email asking for more info and the FCC #. I sent back everything but the FCC#. Got another email telling me where to find it. Sent it back with a picture. My key fob was in the mail the same day. When I began I signed up for their 10% off offer. But I placed my order before I received it. I mentioned it in an email and a day later I received the credit. Please Ty surprised. The fob arrived in a couple of days. It even had instructions on where to go to get it programmed. Followed their advise and it programmed with no problems. I wish all my online purchases went as smooth.
