Today, our Pest Management tech was Mark. He did a thorough job of rooting out wherever roaches could be on our live-aboard sailboat. He placed bait traps and put roach goop down in strategic places--he really went the extra mile to find places where the roaches could nest. Mark was personable and we especially appreciated that he was on time! We had errands to run and because he arrived within the agreed-upon arrival window, we were able to get on with the rest of our day. Thanks Mark! Native is best!
