Worst experience ever. It's been three weeks since I tried to order one of their dockboxes. I explained, that it is time sensitive, and that I have different, cheaper offers, but that I don't mind paying 50% higher price for their product, as I would prefer to go with a smaller business and I liked the box more. What took 3 weeks to try to get answer for? Me trying to find out how to send them money. Stacey doesn't respond to emails, doesn't respond to phone calls, and their company line isn't attended to either. As I was committed to get this box and dropped other offers, I was quite dependent on Stacey's communication. It has completely failed. I tried to call or email with a higher frequency with every passing day, getting more and more desperate. At the end I asked her to be so kind to her customer and tell me, whether she went out of business or what the hell is going on, as she is putting me into a difficult situation. Suddenly she answered, that she doesn't appreciate me leaving voice mails trying to get an answer, because it was deemed "rather aggresive". I was supposed to get my box this or the next week, and here I am still boxless. Save your nerves and finances, and reach out elsewhere to companies, which actually run a legitimate and professional business. Worst customer experience ever. So glad, I never managed to get answer as to how to give her my money. I would most likely end up losing it and then having to chase it through legal channels.

I ordered the 4-Step dock steps on June 7th, 2021. Today is December 7th, 2021 and I have yet to receive my order. In August it was promised that it would be shipped out. No one is returning my emails. I tried to be nice (covid, supply chain issues), but it has been 6 months!Don't trust Mobox Marine, they will take your $610.85 and never talk to you again
