His surgical skill and artistic judgment are equally remarkable — hair restoration is as much about aesthetics as it is about technical prowess, and over three procedures spanning six years, he has carefully harvested and transplanted more than 7,000 grafts to restore my frontal hairline, mid-scalp, and crown. The result is a dramatically fuller head of hair that looks entirely natural — and that no one has ever commented on or questioned.

What truly sets Dr. Max apart is his hands-on approach. Unlike many clinics that delegate critical steps to technicians, he personally performs every surgical phase himself, including both donor harvesting and graft placement. That level of direct involvement and accountability was one of the primary reasons I chose Dr. Max in the first place and then returned twice.

His team is also outstanding. Kelly, the Patient Care Coordinator, is warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in each patient’s experience, and the administrative, surgical, and post-op teams alike are professional, caring, and attentive throughout every stage of the process, from initial consultation to long-term follow-up.
