MaryLou is the absolute best. I had disappointing prenatal massages at spas before I was referred to her, and was so relieved when my husband set me up for one of her massages. Besides having a proper table that allowed me to finally lay face down, she does such amazing work, really took care of me and cared about my pregnancies and wellness. I don't know how I would have made it through my twins' pregnancy without her. I'm postpartum for the 3rd time and still use her services as much as I can. The cupping she does really does wonders for my tight and achy spots and the hot stones are my favorite.

Mary Lou just totally gets it!. I have had the pleasure of receiving multiple massages from her, including several during my most recent pregnancy. She pays special attention to her client's needs and always offers a totally tailored-to-you massage experience that combines several modalities. She's truly a caring massage therapist! Her sweet little massage room is well equipped & cozy; you really are getting a individual, private appointment with her without any receptionist, waiting room, or product pushing. She is also an excellent resource for a variety of birth-related professionals in Broward County. If you're pregnant, get yourself to Mary Lou right away & regularly!!

Marylou is simply the best. She has heavenly hands and knows how to target all of the pressure points in pregnancy to relax your body. She is super easy to talk to and has so many resources for pregnant mamas. I found her for pregnancy massage and ended up doing a hypnobirthing class with her and my husband. I also found my doula through the resources she provided. Being a doula herself, she knows the tricks to labor and offers a wealth of information at every visit. You won't be disappointed.
