Luis Llenza comes to the rescue again! I was about to list a $600,000 house that had NO CURB APPEAL! Except for the occasional palm tree, the house could have been any grass filled lawn from New Jersey! Buyers here want to experience lush, tropical landscaping. Luis designed and installed my garden He did an amazing design . Luis is a "poet" of landscape design . The choices of plant material , texture , volume and and undulating rhythm of color truly is a work of art. His concept transformed the neighborhood because all of my neighbors starting improving their landscaping as well.
