Lauren was awesome to work with, helping me come up with questions and answers to things I wouldn’t have otherwise thought about. I have some notes and key takeaways that I will keep with me for the rest of my life to apply to situations. That alone was worth everything. Highly recommend!

Lauren is an awesome life coach! I really lost my drive and motivation when the pandemic hit this year. Lauren is an invaluable source of guidance, motivation, and positivity. In just 6 short weeks, she helped me prioritize and formulate goals for the year, both long and short term. Lauren is the perfect life coach for so many reasons, and her best characteristic is her ability to actively listen and guide you to conclusions you never thought you needed to arrive at.
