Joe was a wonderful blessing that I wasn't expecting! I called because of a problem I was having starting my truck with my limited dexterity. He was immediately compassionate and understood my issue. He took a lot of time to watch how I was approaching the problem, and then came up with several different options until we finally arrived at a solution that was absolutely perfect!
