My first visit here was a emergency visit for my 4yr old, and from check in they give the kids a little coin(token) to put in a vending machine in the back, its like a reward system(she got one since she was nervous, and that made her smile) she went to the back the the hygienist tells you everything as you go, she was calm and patient which made my daughter calm and sit still. Perfect visit, she still talks about going to the dentist again! Thank you all for being so kind
