I’ve had a couple facials before but nothing comes close to this experience. Jaina is kind and very knowledgeable, always checking to make sure that you’re comfortable with what she’s doing. She offers to walk you through her process and the products she’s using but also offers to say less if you’re just looking for a relaxing time to unwind. We talked about my skin concerns and she made some suggestions to help, there wasn’t ever a time where I felt like I was in the middle of an uncomfortable sales pitch. She even put together a sample bag for me. I left feeling super relaxed and my skin looks amazing!
