Called and immediately got an answer from a very helpful guy. Got a fair price and super quick service. Car was alittle hard to get out driver was respectful and super friendly. Arrived at the house and dropped exactly where I needed it. 10 out is 10 recommend.
I only do reviews when they TRULY matter. Today our shared family vehicle completely cut off and wouldn’t move at a 4 way stop sign. I called and inquired how long it would take to have a tow truck come out. He originally advised it could be over an hour but would check with one of his drivers that was headed to another call. Thankfully the driver arrived about 10 mins later. I had called numerous other companies who had told me it would be at least an hour or two. The driver, John, was very nice as well. Seeing that it was aBillion degrees outside I am soooo grateful that my request was expedited. I can’t thank them enough. I would refer J & S over and over again.
I called J&S towing last night to ask if I needed to make an appointment to have a van picked up on a non-emergency basis and they said no just call back when you’re ready. I spoke with Jeffrey who was polite and patient and when I called back the next day, today, I was told that the driver would pick up the van within 35 minutes. He was there promptly and delivered the van to my house, accommodating my request for him to back it into my carport. The price was right, the service was great, and the customer service was excellent.
