I met Dr. Bonnie through her visits to OTF. Not only is she the nicest woman, but she focuses more on body work instead of someone just throwing exercises in your face and not really working with your body. I enjoyed cupping on my back. That really helped a ton as well. She’s an individual rather than big box PT place which I also appreciated her time and flexibility with me. Go see her!
Dr Bonnie is a true professional. She listens, she applies her considerable knowledge, and has healing hands. I suffered with multiple ligament issues and she helped each one. Follow instructions and do your "homework"! You will not be disappointed.
