Funk and flow an amazing place filled with warmth and the best classes I have experienced in my many years of pursuing fitness. Jessie’s classes are a unique blend of awesomeness! I love her moves and feel reenergized after her class. I strongly recommended it !!!!

My friend and I were on vacation in the area and wanted to do something different to workout. We absolutely loved the Funk Body class! It was so fun! We sweat. Danced. It was easy to follow and my friend was humbled by how hard it works your body after doing lots of CrossFit. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area! Thanks again for the fun!

Every time I want to write a review about Funk and Flow I’m afraid my words won’t do it justice. But people deserve to know about this place!I’ve been going for the last 5 months and it’s truly changed my life.For starters, Jessi, the owner & teacher, is a positive ball of energy that you just want to be around.The place itself has such a welcoming/chill atmosphere to it.I’m not a dancer, but have never felt like that was an issue here. You are encouraged to move freely! It’s nothing like I’ve ever experienced and if you even have an inkling about trying it out, I hope this helps you to just do it.
