I don't understand the negative reviews, the entire staff and Doctor are so kind and caring. Helped me through my senior cats end of life care until the day she needed to leave the earth. I entrust them with my new kitten with everything. Never a bad experience, excessive charges or treatment recommendations. My new kitten doesn't't fuss at all going into the carrier knowing he is going there (the only place he has ever been in a carrier) a true testament to the care.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. I think perhaps they were both veterinary assistants and functioning as front desk staff. Either way, they were super friendly and welcoming. They treated my cat so kindly and seemed to generally like interacting with her. The vet was quick and efficient. No complaints!
