They are THE BEST! They helped us after hours in an emergency situation and were so kind to do that! Plus they fixed the lock on our back door - they know their stuff! Highly recommend!

Much to my dismay, I locked myself out of my house last night. Made a quick call to Double Star Locks and was helped by a very nice woman who answered the phone; she assured me that Robert would be here ASAP. Shortly thereafter I heard from Robert who confirmed his arrival time. When he arrived it took him about 20 minutes to get me back into my house! Very nice man, and very capable. Recommend him highly!
