Waited over 3hrs before getting a room. Many people ended up walking out before finally getting a room. But BRIAN from transportation made the whole dreary experience that much better. He was sweet and genuine amongst the chaos. He deserves a raise.
Never thought I would get such great care and help. From doctors nurses and everyone here. They have been great and so caring and helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Can not complain loved their service and support.
I want to take a moment to recognize a gentleman by the name of Brian B. He’s in transportation. He provided truly exceptional service!! From the moment he assisted me, his professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help stood out. He went above and beyond what I would consider ordinary customer service, and he did it with a great attitude and a level of care that left a lasting impression. People often go above and beyond just to complain when things go wrong, but I believe exceptional employees like Brian deserve just as much recognition when they get it right.
