Been sitting here in the ER room since 12:30am saw the doctor for 2 mins at admittance. The nurse on duty at the time was great. It is now 9:45am. No sign of the doctor. The nurses since shift change haven't even updated the boards. Patients are lining the halls.
1:28pm still in ER. Finally got some food. You make the call.
Avoid this hospital if you can. While your experience will greatly be determined by the unit, overall this hospital is understaffed and under-resourced. Bringing your loved here raises the risk for medical negligence.

Took daughter there because she was in excruciating abdominal pain and 7 weeks pregnant and it was closest to home. When she got there she told them she was pregnant. After being there for almost 3 hours and getting an IV and some Tylenol the emergency Dr. Told us they couldn't help her because she was pregnant and they didn't have a OBGYN Dr or maternity there. That would have been something that should have been told to us at the very beginning. He said he couldn't even transport her to another hospital so I had to drive her 15 minutes while she was in horrible pain to Broward Medical Center, which ending u being such a much better experience.
