I am extremely disappointed with this Drs office. I have been a patient for years. My last appointment was in Nov 22. I called a few weeks ago to make an appointment for tomorrow. When I didn't hear from them I called to confirm the appointment. I'm told that they can't find me in the system. I'm told that I'm talking to a call center and not the actual office. I said can I speak to the office. I'm told that one deals with the call center. I'm extremely disappointed. How can you just remove a patient that's been going for years from the system. Beware if you are a patient of this office that this can happen to you. Very unprofessional.

I had a great optometrist, Heather Groves, that apparently left. They did not communicate with me other than a text saying my appointment was cancelled. If that is how they are running their business I don't want them near my eyes.

Very disappointing. I called to schedule an appointment s as me was told they don't take my insurance. That's not what their website says. So tired of misleading information.
