I needed a loan on an investment property I was satisfied with the straight shooters that the folks at EquityMax are. They serve a purpose and make loans that few others do. If they tell you they’ll make the loan,…they WILL!! I have read some of their other Google reviews. I can pretty much guarantee you that these come from disgruntled borrowers who have dug their own hole with lies about their property’s title, bad credit, late payments, NSFs, or maybe not insuring their property.
