The doctor and the assistants were great. Very professional. Everything was going great until it came time to check out. The assistant told me that I needed to pay like $63. I have UHC PPO. I never pay for anything. I told him to call my insurance and he just kept saying that I had to pay atleast $40. I told him I didn't have $40. Once again I told him to call my insurance but he didn't. So I told him to bill me. I knew that my insurance would tell him that everything is covered unless they dida procedure that UHC doesn't pay for. Then I would understand. I would take it up with my insurance. Great experience! The staff is extremely courteous and professional. They make you feel like family. Even George, the Shitsu pet, is ready to greet you when you come in. The exam is very thorough and they explained every little detail of the process. My new eye care team for life!
I have been a patient of Dr. Pam for about 18 years. She is a fantastic doctor and has helped me with eye issues I have had. She is a great listener and great at explaining (It's apparent she loves to teach). The staff is great and I never have to wait in the waiting room very long for any appointment.
