This is my 2 time at this facility. First I have to say that I didn't have to wait over 35 min to get assistance. This isn't my favorite one because it's very very cluttered and confusing to find things at times but I will say that I have had only very good experiences. This past time( Jalissa ) I really appreciated how kind, professional and friendly she was with me and I left spending $ but was very pleased.
The young lady named Mercedes was very knowledgeable about her products she sold and kind and patient. I felt comfortable spending my money knowing I was getting something I needed. Her customers service was superb ??. Because of her I definitely will be a repeat customer.
Love this little gem. I find all my hair products. The girls are really nice there. I can never find in any other place, this brand I use to make my hair color look this way so ????
