My fancy and expensive mailbox was accidentally knocked down by the lawn guy. I didn't see it happen but the supervisor Jeanette was out there taking pictures. She explained what had happened, gave me her business and assured me it would be replaced. I spoke with James, the manager. He placed the order and personally delivered the mailbox to my home.
