Dry Cleaning Depot offers excellent dry cleaning services, ensuring items look brand new, including special items like band uniforms. Customers appreciate the friendly and efficient staff, particularly Dionne, who is known for her great customer service and positive attitude. Many have been loyal customers for over a decade, finding that the quality of service here surpasses that of other places. While some reviews mention concerns about safety pins left inside clothing and cleanliness issues, noting garbage left around for weeks, most customers still recommend Dry Cleaning Depot for its fast turnaround and reliable service. Kendra also receives praise for her kindness, contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the depot.
This is honestly the best dry cleaner I’ve ever dealt with. They did an amazing job cleaning my suits, and when I forgot to pick them up on Saturday, they went completely out of their way to help me.
They actually met me on a Sunday — when they’re normally closed — just to make sure I had my suit in time for a business trip Monday morning. That level of service is rare.
Super professional, friendly, and reliable. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area looking for a great dry cleaner.

I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from Deon at this location. She is consistently efficient, fast, and friendly. In addition to her excellent service, the rewards program is another reason I choose this location for my laundry needs.
