I gave DashClicks a try for three months, hoping that the high price tag would equal high quality. I was completely wrong. The onboarding process was a mess, the account managers changed constantly, and nobody seemed to know what they were doing. They completely messed up our Google Ads setup, resulting in a massive financial loss with absolutely zero conversions. When you look at the price-to-performance ratio, it is an absolute ripoff. They charge like a luxury agency but deliver results worse than a cheap freelancer. They are essentially scamming agencies by charging massive monthly retainers for broken software and nonexistent marketing results.
Using DashClicks has been the worst business decision I've made this year. I trusted them with my clients' white-label SEO and social media management. They charge astronomical fees, but the quality of the content they produced was so poor and grammatically incorrect that it actually damaged my agency's reputation. When I looked closely at the 'results' dashboard, the metrics looked completely inflated and fabricated just to make it look like they were doing something. I paid thousands of dollars and ended up losing two of my biggest clients because of DashClicks' incompetence. They are robbing small businesses blind.
I really wanted this to work out after the initial sales calls, but our 3-month run with DashClicks was unfortunately not what we were promised. We were looking for clear improvements in our lead flow, but our metrics stayed flat the entire time. It’s frustrating when you invest a good chunk of your budget and don't see any real movement. Communication definitely dropped off after the onboarding process, and it felt like we were just another number. I wouldn't recommend them based on our experience.
