I have been going to Dr. McCawley's office for several years, and I always appreciate the consistent quality of care that the doctor and staff provide. Tami at the front desk always greets me with a friendly smile, provides helpful answers to any inquiries, and is always a delight to communicate with! The dental hygienist, Sloan, was gentle and informative throughout the cleaning process, making my experience extremely peaceful and pleasant. I also received X-rays during this visit and I cannot express how appreciative I am to the dental assistant, Anna, for how she performed this procedure. I have Torus Palatinus, (a bony growth on the roof of your mouth), which makes X-rays particularly uncomfortable and my mouth tends to get cut up during the process. However, Anna performed this procedure as delicately as possible, making this the most painless experience I have ever received while getting X-rays, and alleviating any anticipated concern for future X-rays! During Dr. Carlos Yanes' examination, he educated me on the daily care of my teeth, which was very informative and appreciated! This is how you should feel when receiving care, and in my desire to share my positive experience, I have referred friends and family to this wonderful dental team!
I’ve been going to Dr. McCawley’s for almost 10 years now and i’ve never felt more comfortable at the Dentist’s than there. The staff and front desk are amazing and passionate and easy to talk to. Dr. McCawley is very friendly, warm and explains everything thoroughly. Sloan the hygienist is the best and Tammy at the front is very sweet and efficient at what she does as well. Thank you!!
I had an unexpected emergency when my front crown fell out prior to a friend's reunion. The peg broke off at the gum line! Yikes! Dr. Dan went above and beyond to make the repair and had me smiling again in a short time. He is talented, creative and very reasonable!
