I took an Intro class at Club Pilates Ft Lauderdale South today. Gabriel is an excellent instructor - knowledgeable, friendly, patient and gave clear instructions with tactile cues when needed. The facility is super clean and looks brand new. Marla and Hailey were very helpful in getting my membership started. I look forward to my next class! I highly recommend this studio ❤️

I started taking Pilates classes with Hannah due to a serious knee injury from playing soccer that left me unable to walk without pain. As someone who trains daily at the gym, runs 8 to 12 kilometers every week, and plays soccer regularly, the injury completely sidelined me. Hannah is my favorite trainer! Because of her I felt in love with Pilates! She explains every single exercise why it’s good for your body! She truly cares for her clients to get the best results!
