C&I Studios is a versatile venue with a rustic aesthetic, known for its open mic events. During the day, it serves as a cool cafe to grab a coffee or work. At night, it's generally quiet, but Thursdays feature what is considered one of the best open mics in town, with a variety of talented comedians, musicians, and spoken word artists. Tony Dark is a popular host who often performs there. The drinks also receive positive feedback.
Stumbled into this place on a very rainy evening and found myself enjoying the open mic event happening. Felt like a hole-in-the-wall place with a rustic aesthetic. Good atmosphere of people performing and watching. Drinks were also pretty good +1.
I went to an open mic that Tony Dark was doing and absolutely had a blast. The comedians were hilarious and the place was really open and had such an interesting look to it. I’m hoping to see Tony Darks show again here soon! Looking forward to it
Daytime cafe is cool to grab a coffee with a friend or do some work. Nights are pretty sleepy, except Thursday’s when they host arguably the best open mic in town ? full of funny comedians, talented musicians, and some beautiful spoken word sprinkled throughout. The hosts have great shows all around town but this one is one of my favs
