If you want the best HOA attorneys, if you manage a condo or are a board member this is the company to go to. They are good. They wrote most of the rules that Florida has regarding condos. Becker & Poliakoff go back for decades and decades the two attorneys I worked with are and were great! 👍 A special shout out to Mr. Rogel who helped me decades ago and I would recommend him and the law firm right now.Today, It’s very hard to find people and companies that decades later you would recommend. Becker and Poliakoff are one of those few companies that meets that spec, 😊
As a new HOA president, met with them yesterday. They helped our board so much to understand how to conduct everything legally and helped us understand how the HOA can make some changes to clarify our governing documents, which will benefit everyone in the community and the association moving forward. I highly recommend their services.
