DBA Pingora had a severe security breach servicing my mortgage. All my financial info including my social security number was stolen from their file storage.They are offering me an identity monitoring to compensate. That means Bayview is offering me nothing since my info was already stolen. What a joke.
They are the stupidest people in the business!! They think I live in an alternate universe. They can't find any of the documents that we theoretically signed. So they are looking at loosing big Time! So don't sign anything they send you without speaking with a knowledgeable attorney.
The absolute worst customer service I've experienced. If you want to feel like you're being a bother and nuisance, call their customer service department. They are now servicing my mortgage and I cringe whenever I have to call them.
