The work was described as professional and well done. One customer received a reasonable quote, far more reasonable than some competitors, and the work was done within a couple of days. Everything was left clean and tidy with no mess. The folks who did the work were courteous and friendly. Customers describe the team as incredibly professional from start to finish, communicating extremely well, always on time, and straightforward and honest throughout the entire process. The process was easy, stress free, and customers were kept informed. The team did everything as promised with solid communication. One customer would definitely hire again and notes that photos, job description, and a call were provided before performing additional work. Customers plan to call Ardent Roofing again for a total re-roof job and to discuss replacing an entire roof in the future.
