Had the best experience with Guadalupe and Bianca. They were so helpful and pleasant. They went above and beyond to help me. Unlike the manager who gave Guadalupe a hard time in front of all of us for leaving the front desk. My suggestion would be for him to be out front instead of the office on his cell phone to help his employees. Other than that….I would highly recommend America’s Best Contact & Eyeglasses for the service alone from the front desk to the doctor to the young lady who ordered our glasses.
I was totally amazed at how great the service was at this location. I was very hesitant to use‘s america’s best after reading some of the reviews, but I finally gave and made an appointment. from the front door to the testing room to the eye doctor back to the front to place my order. Everyone was wonderful very professional very well trained. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I feel like out of the last 20 years. I got the best service the best eye exam I’ve ever had.
I'm in fort lauderdale on vacation I opened my contacts that they gave me in ohio
And the prescription was -3.50 instead of +3.50. Geno answered the phone and was able to get me what I needed.
