This company is AWESOME to work with. I had all sorts of trouble with the county... nothing whatsoever to do with A Rock. (in fact, the inspector said it was an excellent job). A Rock had to wait a long time for it to get straightened out... they were so patient. I can't say enough good things about this company!!! Highly recommend them!
I called ARock in the morning....that afternoon they had diagnos ed the problem and fixed it. They were professional, reasonable and extremely courteous. It was imperative to get this repaired quickly because the woman was disabled and in need of air conditioning. Thank you ARock!!!
I needed some work done quickly on my property, and needed someone knowledgeable in county processes and inspection. I had received an outrageous quote from a very large well known Electrician Service and decided to get another quote. I contacted a Electrician Service that had high reviews on Yelp, however, they were swamped and recommended I give A Rock Electric LLC a call. I was skeptic as I couldn't find reviews for this company. However, I called A ROCK and it honestly was the best call I made. I do not write reviews frequently, but felt compelled to write one for this company. Andrew is highly skilled, knowledgeable problem identifier and solver and a key quality for me - very honest. He arrived as scheduled and gave me an estimate that was extremely reasonable and accommodated my schedule needs. We have used his service multiple times since and are always extremely pleased with him and all the staff at A ROCK Electric. I will continue to use A ROCK for any electrical work. I would highly recommend calling A ROCK Electric to anyone who needs an honest, knowledgeable Electrician for any project/electrical issue.
