They used to be great. I had been with them since 2020. Out of nowhere they sent me an email canceling my service due to downsizing. Except I had already paid them for the year. I still have 3 treatments for approximately 295.00 dollars. Been 3 weeks since they canceled me. I had to hire another company and pay them, but I have yet to see my refund which they told me I would get. To me you should finish out your obligationsUpdated 05/21I finally got my refund. The owner personally reached out to me and expressed how sorry he was. I was not the only one affected. I have to admit I was kind of hurt I was dropped and had to scramble to find another company. I have lived in the same house for 23 years. My grass has never looked better. I never have any issues since we started using turf squad 5 years ago. Taylor is the best and takes great care of our yard. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.Services: Weed control
Robert at Turf Squad follows the UF Lawn maintenance schedule and my lawn is beautiful! I HAD patches of doveweed that is hard to eradicate in St Augustine grass. He has never missed a spot when spraying or spreading chemicals or fertilizer and is very careful around bushes and plants. His work flow is very efficent and he is quite meticulous in treating my lawn. I could not be happier with Turf Squad! No need to search further!
