“Our family had not been for portraits in almost 15 years but the six-year-old wanted to send out Christmas cards with our family all wearing Christmas jammies. So after purchasing said pajamas I figured what better time to get a family photo taken professionally and luckily the JCPenney in our local mall has a photography studio. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have a dressing room in the studio, thus saving teenagers from mortal embarrassment of walking into the mall in matching outfits. We chose from several really cute Christmas backgrounds. The Photographer was outstanding. She quickly posed everyone and changed out props. This was most impressive as not one family member was in a bad mood when the shoot ended. We gathered round the machine that lets you view the proofs, there were so many great shots! The biggest surprise of all came at the end. I remember years ago the prices were ridiculously high and this caused me to not get all the photos I wanted. That is until the price was given to me at checkout and I asked the cashier if she had put in all my selections and was that just a deposit? I then changed my order to include every photo I wanted and it was still well under the price I was expecting to pay. Wonderful experience, couldn't be happier.“
