As I am being discharged from Baptist Clay I could not leave with without praising the excellent Heath care services. We experienced: * clear communication * efficiency and timeliness * patient empowerment * compassionate care * Efficient medical records retrieval Just to mention a few of the outstanding staff: Dr. Sequoya Williams MD Crystal Rachal, RN Stacy Posey, RN Audrey Tsoka, RN Liz Bradley Karen Stark, Case Management The staff achieved seamless clear communicate and coordinated effectively. Baptist Clay was definitely one of our best hospital experiences.

The overall experience I had was good but some things could be improved. For instance, when you walk into the door for the emergency room and imaging, it is not clear where you should go for outpatient registration. I saw a receptionist desk to the right of me but no one was sitting there. There were also glass booths with numbers on them but none of them said "registration." I asked the lady in one of the booths where to go and she said, "You're in the right place!" and got me registered. It turns out, I was not the only one who is confused.
