I had a very painful cracked molar under my crown. I spent an entire night agonizing with excruciating pain. I’m new to Palm Coast and asked my neighbor for a recommendation for a dentist. My neighbor very quickly said, you cant go to anyone but Dr Johnson. From the moment I stepped into the office without an appt, I was greeted warmly and immediately the staff did what they could to help me. Dr. Johnson is the most kind, patient and knowledgeable dentist I’ve ever gone to. You see, I’m deathly afraid of the dentist. Dr. Johnson somehow made all those fears go away. Doctor Johnson is absolutely amazing and both the doctor and his staff go above and beyond to help their patients. We have been going to his office for 15 years now and have always found him to be kind, caring and affordable. He recently did work for my husband and saved us thousands! He also did a crown for me. His temporary crown that he made was so much better than the one that was made at an outside lab that I asked him to put his crown back on. I've had no further problems with it. We give Dr. Johnson our highest recommendation and we've referred all our friends and family to him.
They are extremely hard to get a hold of even when my insurance tried to call them twice. It just rang and went to voicemail. I spent three days trying to get them on the phone. They seem like really nice people, but their customer service services is booty.
