Huge regrets over this choice. I booked with iship It Right in June 2021 for pick up of household belongings in San Francisco and delivery to Ireland. Pick up was early December and delivery was targeted for the end of January. Managing clearing customs was included in contract and my payment. They lost track of my belongings in March, telling me they were in Amsterdam, but a shipper in Dublin was kind enough to tell me they were in Dublin. iShip it Right did not clear customs, meaning I had to scramble to find documents proving it was a transfer of residency for me and my family. I agreed on a quote to move my possessions from USA to Spain that included clearance fees, delivery and unloading in Spain. Now that the container is here they say they have no responsibility for those services and I have been left alone to make all arrangements and pay again. They delayed providing documentation which also cost me extra storage fees. I would not recommend using this company and if you do, never pay until services have been provided.

Shocking company. I've been waiting for a response now to a legitimate insurance claim on my shipment and, it's been almost two years. promises made and never kept has made me quite ropeable! avoid these guys at all costs.
