I called and left a message for Aaron Crandall Plumbing to get an estimate on flushing my water heater. Aaron promptly returned my phone call and took the time to provide instructions on how to perform that routine maintenance myself. He offered to set up an appointment to come out and provide that service, if that's what I decided to do; however, he showed me how easy it was to do it myself in order to save money on a service call. It's not often that you find a service provider who prioritizes integrity and honesty over an opportunity to make a buck. I highly recommend Aaron Crandall Plumbing.

We were referred to Aaron Crandall Plumbing by another plumbing company we had used in the past, which says a lot in itself. Having a plumbing issue is never a pleasant experience, so working with someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, and personable was such a blessing to us. Our issue was a little complicated, but Josh immediately took the time to research a solution, communicated all the details in the process, and resolved our problem quickly like nothing ever happened! We very highly recommend!!

Aaron was great! Quick response, efficient, honest and fair! Very informative too! Repaired my water heater as discussed and had it working within a short time. Will definitely use him again when needed and will recommend him to my friends!
