Katrina is the real deal. My dog had an explosion of sorts all over my high piled, bedroom carpet. I tried cleaning it and made it a thousand times worse. I called her (literally in tears) and she was here the next day. Today my carpet is brand new again. Quick, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Steam Pros and especially Katrina.

Steam Pros is amazing! I had Katrina come out and clean my couches and area rug a couple of weeks after they were cleaned by another company. I was so disappointed in how they turned out with the first company. Katrina worked her magic and my couches and rug are like new. She was fast, friendly and more affordable!
