My initial contact with Leslie was very positive. Not only was hurricane Milton just two days away and I wasn’t sure what the weather would be like and I have zero knowledge of how to even operate a generator she made me feel at ease. She sent Brian, Noah and Cole out to get me set up with everything I needed . They were the most polite and knowledgeable young men and Brian explained to me how everything works and exactly how to get my generator up and running if I were to lose power. I feel like this is just one more thing that I can do by myself now. I love and appreciate you guys so much and thank you for making me more knowledgeable also. Johnny’s Electric Is The Best and I will definitely use them for all of my electrical needs.
Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness One thing that I absolutely love about local businesses is the importance stressed on treating clients with such a personal approach. My family just relocated from Chicago to the area, and there was an emergency power outage that had occured at our family home. After initial contact, Leslie, with Johnny's electric, had called me and gave me a step by step update in real time, as to when the technician could arrive, what the diagnosis was, and lastly; confirmation that everything had been resolved. I work in a service based industry, and I take my reviews seriously. Johnny's Electric was impressive, and really made me feel as if we were important.
