Great team that provided immediate results for us as we’d been looking in the AI area for quite a while. Excellent on the communications by keeping us updated along the search process and helping us get financing needed. Also helped us get things ready with a local contractor for some work prior to our full move in. Would highly recommend them! 😄
We had an exceptional experience working with Jenny and her assistant, Ariel, while purchasing a property on Amelia Island. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding. They were always responsive, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way.
Because we live out of town, we especially appreciated how much they were able to handle on our behalf. Jenny and Ariel coordinated and oversaw the inspections, walk-through, and closing, making the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free for us. Their expertise and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that everything was being taken care of, even from a distance.
