A Comparison of Two Computer Services. I went in to Megabite today with an older HP computer that needed a new ethernet card. The tech in that store, Deryck Burnett, was exceptionally rude and condescending. It was made clear he did not have the part I needed, and he had no intention of ordering or installing it. I was told I overpaid for my computer- that it obviously isn't worth much. I tried to tell him it had simple duty as a basic tool for my 84 yo mother. He interrupted and said his mother is 80, "so that's not an excuse." He then found the part on Amazon and in a condescending manner, asked if I knew how to order things on my phone. Extremely pleased with the work and service received. They never disappoint. The tech immediately identify the problem with my computer and fixed it. The service is excellent. Would highly recommend.

I was not sure how this review was to go, they were great and nice at first, with my computer having problem with its screen just freezing and pixelating randomly. It took them a while to fix it but then I was off to college. A little less than two weeks later the problem has returned. I have no way of easily getting to them being in several hours away nor as a college student the money for more repair. I called in hopes of getting an extension on the warranty till i could get away from college, likely in the spring, but they game me so much more, As I write this review they have promised to refund me, thanks to a wonderful women named Sonja.
