It's not a fun task to go to a pain management physician. For us, it's one part of an extensive treatment plan. We can say, after almost one year of seeing Dr. Mattingly, it's the part we don't dread. The staff is kind, they know our names & the good care starts at the reception desk. We'd say - don't be resistant to explore a pain mgt option as part of an overall treatment plan. And when you're scheduling - request Dr. Mattingly - but we have no doubt every provider at the practice is - almost - as good.
From the time you walk in you are greeted by a friendly receptionist. Friendly RN's that help to get ready for the very helpful and effective doctor that actually listens to what I need to help with my pain. Also works to fix the problem not just a quick fix for a minute. Then you go to check out to with a even friendlier lady to schedule your next appointment.
Dr. Miller and his assistant, Brianna, are wonderful! The procedure was virtually painless and I am experiencing less pain now. Many thanks to Dr. Miller, Brianna and the rest of the staff. You all are great!
