I can’t say enough great things about Jerry. He literally prevented a fire in our house. There was so much lint he removed it was embarrassing. Larry is extremely professional, prompt, and efficient.
Today I had a recheck of my dryer vent cleaning that was done by Jerry. The dryer vent had been cleaned recently, but clothes were taking longer to dry and the laundry room felt hot when I used it. Jerry came in and assessed the situation. Ended up being a blockage at the vent end on the outside of my 3-story townhouse. Despite needing to climb out of a jalousie window and on to a tin roof, he did it. It was in the 90s today and he went on the roof twice, the second time being to check and make sure the vent was cleared and the area was cleaned.
