I can't begin to express how wonderful my experience was with Dr Palin and his staff! (Both offices; the Fernandina Beach and the 700 S. 3rd St Jax.) My first surgery was in 9/13. (One of several surgeries I would have within the next 2 years.) God sent me the perfect plastic surgeon for my reconstruction after my cancer was removed. Dr Palin is a very caring physician and I highly recommend him.
