I could not get to the house for the walkthrough or inspection. 360 did the inspection and turned up issues/concerns that will make the house more livable and eliminate repairs that would have likely popped up. Very easy to work with, one phone call was all that was needed to get things in motion with 360.

Paul Drayton with 360 performed a pre drywall inspection for me and not only was the report very comprehensive, but he was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough which helped me identify items I’d never would have known to look at. I am going to hire him for the final inspection too! I highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the service and the report provided. Paul is knowledgeable and very thorough when it comes to inspections and inspection reports. We have used his services twice already and every time it was great. Reports are delivered really fast and are easy to comprehend. Paul also goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have.We will be using 360 Inspections again in the future.
