I love doing yoga here! Lakshmi is a great instructor who makes all students feel welcome. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Doing yoga here regularly has helped with my back and joint pain.
What can I say about Eustis Yoga and the Owner, Certified Yoga Teacher who's name is Lakshmi? Well, I've been wanting to write this review for quite some time now, but never seemed to have the time. Tonight I am getting it done as I feel it is very important.I had never taken a Yoga class before. Prior to taking my first class"Gentle Yoga" at Eustis Yoga I spoke with Lakshmi. She recommended the Gentle Yoga class for beginners so that was the class I started on 2/27/20. It was wonderful! Lakshmi with her gentle soothing voice alone made me feel relaxed.
