I have used Barbas twice now. Once for a full detail (kids!!!) and recently for an outside wash and interior with seat shampooing. They do an EXCELLENT job!!!! They have an eye for detail and go above and beyond. Book them now you will not regret it!
the first time that she did my husband's truck she did an amazing job. the truck was a total mess inside and out and she made it look so like new and smell so much better. it was well worth the money. we called her back to do my truck and she sent her coworkers. my truck wasn't as bad but it definitely needed professional detailing. they called and said they were going to be late I understand sometimes jobs run over they showed up instead of an hour late they showed up over 2 hours late that's fine. they finished the job I took just a quick look cuz it was raining outside by the time they were done and I said well I'll look at it better later. when I went out the next day to look at it I have a window that I can write my name on like it was never cleaned, other windows were streaky, there is still sand and dirt on the rugs that were supposed to have been shampooed, there are dirt lines along the edge of the molding on the rugs, there's dust on the sidewall between the back seat and the wall, and there's dirt and just crud still left in the pockets on the doors. I have called and we've scheduled twice now to have her come back and have the truck corrected. No one ever showed and no one has called after the second attempt. After my first truck I would have said they were fantastic after the second one... I could do that job why would I pay a professional? just received a message. she was sick. we are going to try to fix this issue in the next 2 weeks. she has been sick and cannot continue working. so we came to an agreement. I also asked her to let me know if she starts working again. I would hire her !!!
