I have tried via phone and text to have Romaldo schedule sealing my driveway. When he actually answered the phone. he told me to text him. It has been months now that I keep texting and have never received back a response. I have to now believe that he is too busy to even put me on a schedule. I have given up and am now forced to find someone else. Even though his work is excellent, his customer communications skills and availability are not there.Service: Exterior painting
Romaldo did a fantastic job! He found the perfect colors, willingly changed the design at the last minute, was timely, reasonable, and absolutely professional.We highly recommend B & D!
The pricing was fair and the quality of the work was adequate. However the color of the finished product wasn’t what I wanted. The business is essentially a few guys working from a truck, and there is a language barrier that has to be overcome unless you speak Spanish. They also had have no pamphlets or color chips for you to review. I described the color combination I wanted, and showed him the color on my house. When they started painting, I told them the color looked too light. He assured me the color would darken as it dried, and that it would look darker when the flake was added. It did not.
